Returns
Not quite right? You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items in original packaging.
How it works
- Email returns@vaulted.co with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid return label (UK) or instructions (international).
- Refunds are issued within 5 working days of the item arriving back.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, with all tags, and inside the original shoebox. The shoebox is part of the product — please don't tape labels directly onto it.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order for the size you want.
